Terms and Conditions Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to MossTech. By purchasing products or using our installation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or requesting an installation.

2. Scope of Services

We provide sales and installation services for the following brands and products:

• Reolink Cameras

• Ring Doorbells

• Blink Doorbells

• Eero Networking Equipment

Our services include:

• Consultation and product recommendations

• Installation and configuration

• Basic training on product use

• Limited post-installation support

3. Product Sales

3.1. Product Availability

• Products are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that all products will be in stock at the time of purchase.

• If a product is out of stock, we will notify you and provide alternative options or an estimated restock date.

3.2. Pricing and Payment

• Prices for products and services are as listed at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice.

• Full payment is required before installation or shipment of products.

• We accept Visa,Mastercard,American express,Discover,Apple pay, and google pay.

3.3. Refunds and Returns

• Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are unopened and in original condition.

• Opened or installed products are non-refundable.

• Any defective products must be handled under the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

4. Installation Services

4.1. Scheduling

• Installation appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will confirm a date and time after payment is received.

• You must ensure access to the installation site at the agreed time. Failure to provide access may result in rescheduling fees.

4.2. Installation Requirements

• You must provide a suitable location for installation and ensure that all necessary power and internet connections are available.

• We are not responsible for any limitations due to pre-existing conditions of your property (e.g., poor Wi-Fi signal, outdated wiring, or structural obstructions).

  • All installations are subject to pay for travel, Installation fee, and product price. 

4.3. Service Limitations

• Our installation services do not include  attic or crawl space work, running new electrical wiring.

• We are not responsible for performance issues arising from inadequate internet speeds or third-party equipment.

4.4. Post-Installation Support

• We provide basic troubleshooting within 30 days after installation.

• Any additional support beyond this period may be subject to service fees which include travel, service fee, and any more product cost

5. Warranties and Liability

5.1. Manufacturer Warranties

• All products sold are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties.

• We do not provide additional warranties beyond what is offered by the manufacturer.

5.2. Service Warranty

• We offer a limited 30]-day warranty on our installation services, covering workmanship defects.

• This warranty does not cover damages caused by customer misuse, environmental factors, or third-party modifications.

5.3. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the misuse, improper handling, or failure of installed products.

• Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or installation.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and accessible installation environment.

• Maintain your internet connection and power supply for product functionality.

• Follow manufacturer guidelines for product use and maintenance.

7. Privacy Policy

• We collect personal information only for order processing and service fulfillment.

• Your data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for payment processing or legal compliance.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of North Carolina.

• Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled in the courts of North Carolina.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
